By testing their freedom of movement, play equipments for rope games are the ideal opportunity to support children´s independent work and joy of movement. The gaming stations exert a high attraction, they challenge and thereby are free and independent to manage. They stimulate imagination and creativity and enable perception with each sense.
In this workshop we as adults experience that play equipments made of static ropes can be build up easily, safely and fast. The few basic knots are easily to get to know and are practiced properly.
Together we win and experience the “rope and tree scope“ and thereby can witness the psychomotor challenges in body and soul.
There are no limits set to our creativity und so we can build new rope constructions and possibilities of playing.
Inhalte des Workshops :
- Games with ropes and first knots
- Game “Building a tree”
- We learn the palstek and the bricklayer knot as well as versions of the anchor knot and construct different rope bridges.
- We learn different versions of the figure eight knot and build different swings and a “tree carrousel” and attach hammocks on two different ways.
- A script as a basic dictionary and memory support can be bought at the beginning of the workshop at cost price or printed on one’s own later.
